A Blizzard Beach Photo Shoot June 10, 2007

Filed under: 2007, Ft. Walton Beach, McKinley, Nina & Baba's, Vacation — Kimberly @ 9:08 pm

So Aunt Linda and Uncle Tom (Blizzard) were, yet another year, wonderful hosts during our stay in Ft. Walton. More to come later on our stay in their home and how much fun McKinley had with her “Nina & Baba” but for now I want to show you these. L&T, we’ll just call them for short, are GREAT photographers! They both love digital photography and have continued to grow their knowledge (not to mention equipment, wink wink L&T!) So anyone who comes to Florida on vacation, friend or family, always gets a photo shoot! And I mean PHOTO SHOOT! Here are some of the best of the best, law there were so many!

Now McKinley wasn’t exactly cooperative the entire time…

and being the “girly girl” she is, she did not like falling and getting sand on her “hayands”

However we were able to get these incredible shots…

And there’s something so sweet to me about these four…

(this one above reminds me of a certain famous photo)

Miss Priss & Saturday Mornings May 19, 2007

I told you she was a girly one. Loves “mak-up” and still gets passed me with the eye pencil and colors her eye up real nice. And the child’s been into “Mama’s shoos” well before 2!

LOVES headbands!

Who doesn’t love Saturday mornings?  They are my favorite, now because it’s our time with DADDY!  We get to have breakfast with him and usually have either a fun day planned or no plans at all, both are great!   After McKinley has her own breakfast, this is what I find – crawled up in Daddy’s lap for sugary cereal!  Can’t say I blame her – I love me some Apple Jacks too!

My girl’s a Girly girl! February 25, 2007

Filed under: 2007, Make-up, McKinley, Pigtails, SERIOUSLY!, scrapbooking — Kimberly @ 12:04 am

Here’s just some quick cuties – I’m totally loving pigtails on my girl!  I was a pigtail girl growing up and I’m loving them on McKinley!

Like her momma, she’s already into scrapbooking.  Everyday she wants to see her “ba-by booook.”  She loves to flip those pages!  And she can point out all of her family and many of her friends from her hospital pictures now too!

I mean SERIOUSLY!

Also like her mommy, she loves to play “mak-UP.”  I let her, every morning, she makes a mess in the bathroom but then we play “cleen up.”

Here’s a good yard-sale find from Nana.  McKinley absolutely loves her “jackeet puppy.”  She really carries it around the house like it’s a stuffed animal!

Last but not least if you look closely she has mommy’s “neckis” on her head like a crown – I promise I didn’t show her how to do that!
